How to run a red light

With impunity.

Red light cameras are all over the place in Germany, and fines for running a red light are steep.

So, how can you run a red light without getting into trouble?

The K-landnews team decided to tell a true story and leave it up to our readers to see if they can apply it, or modify it, or ignore it, to suit their red light running needs.

A couple is driving to a hospital in a big city.
Assume the car has no GPS or the GPS is broken.
Also assume the car has no broken lights or other suspicious damage.
They get lost in the unfamiliar environment.
They see a police van parked on the side of the street, with two occupants having coffee.
They pull up next to them, the female passenger rolls down the window and asks for directions to the women's health department of the hospital.
The policeman starts to explain, at which point the couple looks more confused.
The policeman stops, glances at his partner, and says: "Follow us".
The police van turns on the flashing lights and the siren, pulls out in front of the couple, and off they go.
Ten minutes and at least as many red lights later, they arrive at the hospital.
The couple profusely thanks the police who are visibly pleased about their role as guardians of the citizenry.

By the way, it may help if the female passenger wears some nicely bulky poncho or cape, something  that might indicate advanced pregnancy or impending labor to the casual observer.

True story, so see what you can come up with.
